In this one-on-one session, we focus on HIIT-style and aerobic movement designed to build strength, stamina, and confidence. Each session is personalized for your goals and fitness level, whether you're new to working out or ready to re-engage with your physical discipline in a faith-filled way. You’ll walk away feeling empowered, encouraged, and connected—not just to your body, but to the God who gave it to you. 🛠️ What’s Included: 45–60 minute personal training session (virtual or in-person) Faith-centered instruction and encouragement Movement focused on strength, energy, and whole-body wellness Optional integration with life coaching or accountability support 👥 Who It’s For: Anyone 14 and older seeking strength and conditioning in a grace-filled environment Teens, young adults, parents, and professionals Anyone who wants to steward their body in a Spirit-led way 🧘‍♀️ What to Bring: Yoga or exercise mat Water bottle Any small weights, bands, or gear you currently use No pressure to be “fit”—just show up, and we’ll build from there.
